FiatFlex is a technology platform that provides access to payment tools and financial infrastructure through regulated third-party providers. FiatFlex is not a bank, does not provide deposit accounts and does not take fiat deposits. Euro funds arising from card payments are held by a regulated payment partner and paid out to a bank account in your own name.
Crypto-assets you receive are credited to a wallet that FiatFlex manages on your behalf, and FiatFlex controls the keys to that wallet. That is custody: you do not hold the private keys. What follows from it is set out in the terms and conditions, under Custody of Crypto-Assets.
