EURC converts at par. The bank fee is converted at the rate of the day and the exact amount is shown before you confirm.

The 0.30 USD bank fee is converted at the rate of the day: on €100 converted from EURC the stated total is €1.26.

Disputes and refunds
A dispute costs €20. Contesting it costs €20 more, returned to you if you win. On a refund we return our commission; Stripe does not return its processing fees.
What we do not promise
- Withdrawals go to a bank account in the SEPA area. When the money lands is decided by the receiving bank and by the regulated partners that settle it, so we do not promise an arrival time.
- At launch FiatFlex opens merchant accounts in France, and Tap to Pay is available there.
- FiatFlex is a technology platform: the payment processing, the settlement and the banking are carried out by regulated partners.
- Your own bank may apply charges of its own.
