FiatFlex is a mobile payment platform for merchants. You can accept crypto payments (USDC and EURC on the Solana blockchain) through payment links and QR codes, and contactless card payments via Tap to Pay. You stay in control of when to convert to euros and when to withdraw to your own bank account in the SEPA area, while the regulated processing, settlement and banking are handled by third-party partners.
Crypto you receive is held in a wallet that FiatFlex manages on your behalf until you choose to convert and withdraw, so FiatFlex does hold those funds. Card takings are held by our regulated payment partner and paid out to your own bank account in the SEPA area. FiatFlex cannot and does not guarantee the safety of funds held by those partners; their own safeguarding and protections apply. On the technology side, data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS and secure API connections, and access to certain features can require KYC/KYB identity checks plus AML and sanctions screening carried out by our partners.
Yes, identity verification may be required before you can access certain services. Depending on your account type this can include KYC for individuals and KYB for businesses, along with AML and sanctions screening. These checks are carried out by regulated third-party providers to help prevent fraud and meet their legal obligations. FiatFlex itself is not the regulated entity performing these checks.
You generate a payment link or QR code, and your customer pays in a supported asset on the Solana blockchain: USDC or EURC. You keep manual control: you decide when to convert the crypto to euros and when to withdraw. Payouts are settled to a bank account in the SEPA area through regulated third-party payment and banking partners. FiatFlex does not guarantee the future value of any crypto-asset.
No, you stay in control. FiatFlex lets you manually decide when to convert crypto to euros and when to withdraw your fiat funds, rather than converting or paying out automatically. This gives you flexibility over timing. Conversion and withdrawal are executed through regulated third-party partners.
All included, no subscription: by card, from 1.9% + €0.20 per payment with Tap to Pay and from 2% + €0.25 per payment link, depending on the card and where it was issued; in stablecoins, 1% in EURC and 1.5% in USDC, conversion and SEPA transfer included. Full details are on the Pricing page.
Yes. FiatFlex supports contactless Tap to Pay over NFC, so you can accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay/Wallet and Samsung Pay, and you can send a payment link for a customer who is not in front of you. Tap to Pay is available in France at launch. Card payments are processed by regulated third-party payment partners; FiatFlex does not store full card details. You can then withdraw your card balance to a SEPA-area bank account. All prices are listed on the pricing page.
Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS and secure API connections, and access to certain services can require KYC/KYB verification along with AML and sanctions screening carried out by regulated third-party providers. We handle your personal information in line with applicable UK data-protection law (UK GDPR) and the equivalent EU provisions, because we offer the service to merchants established in the euro area with a euro bank account. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Withdrawals are sent to a bank account in the SEPA area, and the two balances follow different routes. Your card balance is paid out by our card partner once the funds are available on your account with them. A withdrawal from your crypto balance goes through a stablecoin conversion settled by our stablecoin partner. Arrival depends on the receiving bank and on the regulated third-party partners that settle the payment, so FiatFlex does not promise a specific arrival time. What you do control is when: you decide when to convert and when to withdraw, and each withdrawal shows its reference and the stage it has reached so you can match it against your bank statement.
Yes. FiatFlex is one mobile app, on iPhone and on Android, and your account is the same whichever phone you sign in from: you take a payment, follow it, convert to euros and withdraw to your bank from the app itself. The app is the only merchant surface, so there is no separate web dashboard to keep in step with it.
FiatFlex is built for merchants who take payments both in person and remotely: food trucks, events, restaurants and independent businesses. It is open to merchants established in the euro area with a euro bank account, and Tap to Pay is available in France; any other country will be announced once the whole journey is proven, not before. We do not publish user, transaction or rating figures we cannot substantiate. You can check current platform availability on our status page.
You can reach us by email at contact@fiatflex.com with questions about payments, conversions, withdrawals or verification. Support is handled by email; we respond as quickly as we can. Current platform availability is published on our status page.
